About Hakeemly

Hakeemly is a bilingual health platform bringing together trusted health information and practical health tools, each with its method and references.

Our mission

That every Arabic speaker — in the Arab world or abroad — can find an accurate health answer in their own language, clearly written and reviewed by an identifiable doctor, with tools that help them understand their numbers and prepare for their appointments.

How we review content and tools

  1. 1

    Cited sources

Every guide and tool is based on current clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed sources listed on the page.

  2. 2

    Internal checks

We check the formula, reference, inputs, edge cases, Arabic and English terminology and accessibility.

  3. 3

    Medical review

A qualified doctor reviews the content or tool and signs off the exact version reviewed.

  4. 4

    Publication and periodic review

Published with the reviewer's name and date, and reviewed periodically. Any change to a formula means a new version and a new review.

A doctor's approval of an article is bound to a digital fingerprint of the exact text reviewed; if a single character changes afterwards, the article goes back for review.

What we don't do

  • We don't diagnose or prescribe: a calculator calculates, a reference explains, a guide educates.
  • We don't store the health values you enter or send them to analytics.
  • We don't publish disguised paid content, and we never invent doctors or credentials.

Medical advisory board

Board members will be announced soon

Each member will be shown with their name, photo, credentials and country once they have agreed.
