What your profile shows
- Your name in Arabic and English.
- Your specialty and professional title.
- A short bio in Arabic and English.
- Your professional photo.
- The tools you have signed off.
Your profile address looks like hakeemly.com/doctors/dr-first-last/ and does not change once published.
You manage your own profile
When your application is accepted, your profile is filled from your application (translated into the other language) and published automatically, because you agreed to publication when you applied. After that you manage it yourself under “My Profile” in the doctor portal:
- Write in the language you prefer, press “Translate” to fill the other language, then check the translation.
- Add your professional photo.
- Every change you save appears on the site within minutes, and you can take your profile offline at any time.
A published profile needs a verified licence (done when your application is accepted) and your name and specialty in both languages. The bio and photo are optional; until your photo is approved your initials are shown. To add or correct a qualification, email us.
Your photo
- A clear photo of your face on a plain background, in JPG, PNG or HEIC (iPhone photos are fine).
- We remove location and device information from the photo before publishing it.
- The photo only appears after the team approves it.
What is never published
Your licence number, email address, phone number and copies of your documents never appear on any public page. We use them only to verify you and to contact you.
Removing your name
If you want your name removed from Hakeemly's pages, email info@hakeemly.com. We remove your public profile, and the content you reviewed shows “Medical Reviewer” instead of your name. Your review stays in our internal records because it is part of the quality record.
