What is Hakeemly?
Hakeemly is a bilingual Arabic–English health platform offering health articles and practical health tools (calculators and references) for Arabic speakers worldwide. Our aim is that everyone can find an accurate health answer in their own language, reviewed by an identifiable doctor.
What do doctors do at Hakeemly?
- Writing articles: you answer interview questions from your own clinical experience; the AI structures your answers into an article without adding any medical fact. You check and attest the article, then the editorial team reviews and publishes it under your name.
- Tool sign-off: the medical sign-off on calculators and references before they are published, and asking for a review of any tool you see a problem with.
How much time does it take?
You decide how much time you can give, from one or two hours a week. You write only in your own specialty, whenever suits you, on your phone or computer.
At this stage participation is voluntary, with no guaranteed income.
What you get
- A verified public profile on Hakeemly with your name in Arabic and English, specialty, bio and photo, visible in search results.
- Your name on your work: your name appears on every article you write and every tool you sign off, linked to your profile.

Your path from application to your first article
- Apply on the Join as a doctor page.
- We review your qualifications, verify your licence and email you within 5 working days.
- If accepted, you receive an email to set your password and sign in to the doctor portal.
- Install the “HK Doctors” app on your phone and turn on notifications.
- Your public profile goes live automatically from your application. Open “My Profile” to add your bio and photo or change anything.
- Open “Write Article” to write your first article, or “Tool reviews” when you are notified that a tool is waiting for your sign-off.
